Sonny Angara said he “doubts” that the Senate’s Bayanihan 2 bill, which has a total of P140-billion in funds for various #COVID19 programs, would go over P200 billion when 2 chambers meet for a bicameral conference committee, as economic managers reminded them to be realistic in the stimulus package.
