The American Chamber of Commerce Philippines is urging Congress to pass the Accelerated Recovery and Investments Stimulus for the Economy, or ARISE bill.
AmCham Philippines Senior Adviser John Forbes says 44 business groups — including seven members of the joint foreign chambers have called on Congress to hold a special session to tackle the bill.
